In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "786pkr" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at 786pkr.net, including all products, services, and features offered thereon.
• "Platform" means the 786pkr website, any associated mobile-optimised interface, and all gaming products integrated within.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who registers an account on 786pkr and uses any part of the platform's services.

• "Real Funds" means PKR deposited directly by the Player from their own financial accounts via supported payment methods.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on 786pkr. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You accept responsibility for ensuring that all information on your account remains accurate and up to date at all times.

• Account registration is for personal use only. Commercial or corporate registrations are not permitted.
• You must not register using a false identity, an alias, or another person's personal details.
• 786pkr reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.
• Account credentials — including your username and password — must be kept confidential at all times. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify 786pkr support at the earliest possible opportunity.

786pkr is required to verify the identity and age of all Players before processing withdrawal requests. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process is a standard compliance requirement applied consistently across all accounts regardless of balance size or player history.

Documents that may be requested during KYC verification include, but are not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence);
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or scan confirming the JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account belongs to the registered account holder).

All submitted documents are processed and stored in accordance with 786pkr's Privacy Policy. 786pkr will not share KYC documentation with third parties except where required by applicable law or compliance obligations.

786pkr accepts deposits exclusively in PKR through the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts for each method are displayed on the cashier page at the time of transaction.

All deposits must originate from a payment account or method that is registered in the Player's own name. 786pkr does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from an account not belonging to the registered Player will be returned and the associated account reviewed for compliance.

• Deposits are generally credited to the 786pkr account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• 786pkr is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank, mobile money provider, or third-party payment processor.
• 786pkr does not charge deposit fees on its side, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposited funds are held for gaming purposes on the 786pkr platform and do not accrue interest.

Players may request withdrawal of Real Funds (excluding uncleared Bonus Funds subject to wagering requirements) at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. All withdrawals are processed in PKR to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible.

The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal request will be processed:

1. KYC verification must be completed and approved on the account;
2. The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold displayed on the cashier page;
3. There must be no open responsible gaming restrictions that affect withdrawal eligibility;
4. The account must be in good standing with no active compliance review.

786pkr processes withdrawal requests on its platform side as promptly as operationally possible. Actual receipt of funds is subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank), which are outside 786pkr's direct control.

786pkr may from time to time offer bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, enhanced odds, or other promotional incentives to new and existing Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented, as well as the general conditions set out below.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable Real Funds. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated on each promotion.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on 786pkr contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages per game category will be specified in the promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and any associated free bets will expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless stated otherwise, only one active bonus may be held on an account at a time. Opting into a new promotion while a previous bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Abuse: 786pkr reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or other conduct intended to exploit promotional offers is identified. Determinations in this regard are at 786pkr's discretion.
• Modification and Withdrawal: 786pkr may amend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Bonuses already credited to accounts will be honoured subject to their original terms unless fraud or abuse is detected.

All bets placed on 786pkr's sports betting markets — including cricket, table tennis, and other available sports — are subject to the specific market rules applicable to each sport and event type. Casino games, including live dealer tables and slot titles, are governed by the rules of the individual game as provided by the relevant game supplier.

• Bet Acceptance: 786pkr reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its discretion, including but not limited to bets that exceed account stake limits or are placed on restricted markets.
• Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of a technical error, game malfunction, or manifest pricing error, 786pkr reserves the right to void affected bets or game rounds. Winnings derived from obvious errors will not be paid.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games. Current limits are displayed within each market or game interface.
• Results: The outcome of sports bets is determined by the official result of the relevant event as recognised by 786pkr. In the event of a dispute regarding a result, 786pkr's determination following review shall be final.
• Live Betting: In-play bets on cricket and other sports are accepted subject to market availability. 786pkr may suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 786pkr platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or operating an account in another person's name;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technological means to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets;
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or disputes with payment providers after funds have been used for wagering;

• Attempting to access another Player's account without authorisation;
• Any conduct that 786pkr reasonably determines to be dishonest, fraudulent, or harmful to the integrity of the platform.

786pkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested;
• Identification of fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive behaviour;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the Player's financial institution;
• A valid self-exclusion request from the Player themselves;
• A requirement to do so under applicable law or regulatory direction.

Where an account is closed due to a Player's own request or for responsible gaming reasons, any remaining Real Funds balance will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method following satisfactory KYC verification. Where closure follows a breach of these terms, 786pkr reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 786pkr platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include the right to:

786pkr does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously, free of errors, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. 786pkr will take reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and security but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits 786pkr's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own negligence, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

786pkr collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the overall agreement between you and the platform. By registering an account, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through 786pkr's internal dispute resolution process will be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body.
